The British War Against Irish People

Daniel Bradley shares his thoughts on MI5 manipulation and infiltration of Sinn Fein. Daniel Bradley is a justice campaigner in Derry.

People believe that the troubles started in 1969, which is nonsense. We the people realised in 1969 that the British government had made us second class, so we decided to something about it and took to the streets in thousands.

The Irish republican brotherhood decided to take up arms and the British government was quite happy for them to do so, as MI5 infiltrated the organisation (the Official IRA) and used it's clever ways to create the Provisional IRA so that it could destroy the Official IRA, the real brotherhood of the Republican Movement, for good. And sadly they achieved this.

You look back at our steps you would see the movement of MI5 in many ways especially the informers. MI5 used their informers and brought them out when they wanted to. Then these informers were taken away and put down as "disappeared" but the real spies are still here and still involved with MI5.

MI5 rule both governments, Britain and Northern Ireland with the dirt they hold on the politicians. You only have to look at the Kincora house allegations. This shows the dirty work of MI5. Both Martin Mc Guinness and Gerry Adams were both in the Official IRA and also drivers to high up people in the Provisional IRA before they both became commanders.

Both the Official and the Provisional IRA worked in sections and before a section was allowed to do something it had to get permission from both McGuinness and Adams. They both were well aware of the mission that was about to take place. Sadly the "disappeared" got the blame, as well as Donaldson and Stakeknife. Donaldson's notebook if it is ever brought up would tell who the real spy is.

Now to share this thought, in the 1980's both McGuinness and Adams spoke of the peace treaty, but there was a split with the Provisional IRA, so when Derry City at that time, Provisional IRA people like Georgie McBrearty and Paddy Deery and others had to die to clear a path. Forty people were arrested on the Gilmore case and interned so that McGuinness and Adams could have that clear path towards the peace process.

MI5 was behind it all. Why should I say that? Ok let's look at the 90's when the UVF and the UDA where they were murdered and also Johnny Adair having to leave Northern Ireland. You know the victims now of the troubles, those who were killed for the cause, Bloody Sunday and those who were shot innocently like Manus Deery and others are being betrayed with a cover up by the British government and yet people in northern Ireland have the audacity to vote Sinn Fein and put MI5 in charge of our so called ministers.

It's not today or yesterday that I have said this. In 1972 the 31st of July British army intelligence/the Scottish regiment interfered in our home, asking for my brother James Bradley, and the informer who swore my brother in, as James and not Seamus Bradley. Since then I have sought my brothers informer. Time will tell and the truth shall be revealed. Maybe it's time for all those Irish people to stop and listen and if there is another election, think before you Sinn Fein in to government.

The last four paragraphs confuse me. What does this mean?

A spook told you your bother was being informed on?

With regards to the rest of the article, its more evident that the Irish state had more to do with the OIRA/PIRA split than the British state (e.g. the Arms trial). The trajectory the IRA was on before the split would of suited the British designs on the North (guerilla fishing & communist innanity) more than what a post split PIRA would.

Think we're getting a bit carried away regarding m.i.5. They might be good at what they do, however the are not omnipotent. Rotten as the movement turned out, a lot of decisions were organic.
