Belfast based songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Sean Sands will perform live on Radio Free Eireann this Saturday March 21 at Noon New York time. Sands, whose brother Bobby led the 1981 Hunger Strike,  plays guitar,mandolin, tenor and five string banjo with low whistles and keyboard.


We will also be joined by solicitor and former blanket man Seamus Delaney who will discuss the attacks on Irish political prisoners in Northern Ireland's Maghaberry prison. 

Radio Free Eireann can be heard on WBAI, 99.5 FM or wbai.org on the web. 

We broadcast live from Rocky Sullivan's of Red Hook, 34 Van Dyke Street in Brooklyn, Sean Sands will be performing at Rocky Sullivan's on Saturday night.
