Sandy Boyer announces the resumption oif broadcasting from Radio Free Eireann after a short interregnum.

Radio Free Eireann will finally be back this Saturday, February 28, at 12 Noon New York time.

We will talk with Brendan Faye about the inclusive St. Pat's for All parade which will assemble at 1pm the Sunday, March 1, at 1pm at 43 Street and Skillman Avenue in Sunnyside and march to 56 Street and Skillman.

Brian Fleming will join us to preform an excerpt from his new one man show about his experience with St Pats for All, "A Sacrilegious Lesbian and Homosexual Parade."

Malachy McCourt will come on to tell about his new stand up comedy show. Mick O'Brian of the Druids will announce the details of their forthcoming US tour.

As always, we broadcast live from Rocky Sullivan's of Red Hook, at 34 Van Dyke Street in Brooklyn where breakfast is served from 8am - 11 am and you can still enjoy great pizza and the best pint this side of Dublin.

We're heard on WBAI, 99.5 FM and wbai.org on the web.

Thanks to everyone who contributed to our special fundraising show and enabled us to raise $3,500 to keep WBAI on the air, the most that was raised on that day. You can still get "Off Our Knees" the documentary on the Northern Ireland civil rights movement written and narrated by Bernadette Devlin McAliskey by calling 212 209 2950, pledging $75, and asking for "Irish DVD" or "Off Our Knees."
