ReplyDeleteIt would be great if this was available via the internet. Amazon stock a lot of independently printed publications. At least with a website (established or independent) you can judge the worldwide demand.
I know it's an esoteric subject but there are many less impressive, similarly esoteric books on the conflict that are more widely available.
